Spectrum’s Training and Development Division is dedicated to training, developing and upskilling the people your organisation needs. We work closely with employers to understand exactly what their industry needs. Then we develop and deliver training programmes that match those requirements. And because we develop courses in-house, we can deliver tailored training and competitive prices others can’t. We specialise in accredited, non-accredited and in house training for health and safety in the workplace. And a new suite of leadership courses is ensuring the industries we serve have a qualified pool of future team leaders, supervisors and managers.
Spectrum was founded on the belief that if we want our construction, rail and engineering industries to thrive, we need to put the structures in place to develop tomorrow’s experts. Spectrum apprentices are at the heart of everything we do. Through our innovative programmes we help employers find new and exciting talent, and we help confident, competent, well developed young people develop the qualifications to succeed. Spectrum Apprenticeships are different because we are the apprentice’s employer. We maintain responsibility for the overall co-ordination, management and reporting for each apprentice, so employers enjoy all the benefits of an apprentice without the cost and time involved in managing the process. As a ‘host’ employer you can be a part of the scheme for as little as 6 weeks or as long as 3 years.
